Keroberos is a web technology consultancy based in France. We offer three types of engagement: advisory, delivery, and embedded. An advisory engagement produces a written recommendation the client is free to take to any provider. A delivery engagement covers the full build of a project, from architecture through to production launch, using technologies chosen to fit the project rather than our preference. An embedded engagement, sometimes called staff augmentation, places a senior developer inside the client's team for a defined period. The three are offered separately but often combine over the life of a project.
Every engagement starts with a question: what does this platform need? Architecture reviews, technology assessments, and audits answer that question in writing. Our recommendations belong to the client, who is free to take them to any provider.
The projects we take on are generally complex: large-scale migrations, system integrations, multi-site architectures, headless setups, and platforms built for tens of thousands of users. Technology is chosen to fit the project, not the other way around. We work with React, Next.js, Node.js, a CMS (Drupal or WordPress), or custom PHP.
Multilingual support is designed in from the start. Content models, URL structures, and CMS configurations are built to handle multiple languages before the first line of code is written. Not retrofitted after launch.
The founder of Keroberos has worked on web platforms since 2014, across government, aerospace, finance, transport, and media. That includes a headless Drupal portal for 6,500+ users across 13 industrial sites at a global aerospace manufacturer, a multidomain Drupal platform for a major international asset manager, and institutional site migrations for national public bodies. Engineering teams of up to 8 developers, spread across time zones. The Insights section draws on the same depth of experience.
Independence is structural, not a claim. No parent company, no reseller agreement, no commission arrangement with any platform vendor. The advice reflects what the project needs.

Every engagement starts with an honest assessment. You can take the audit to any provider. There is no obligation to continue with us. Most clients do, but the recommendation stands on its own.
Documentation as a deliverable
Every engagement closes with documentation a new developer can follow without asking questions. When the work is done, the knowledge stays with your team.
Built for the long run
Most clients stay beyond the initial engagement. The work is planned accordingly: stable technology choices, clean handoffs, and architecture that a new team can pick up without our help.
Technology chosen for the project
Technology chosen for the project, not the agency. We work open source. The code stays yours, and the ecosystem maintains itself.
